Reservation inquiry form

Cancelation policy

The reservation is valid after payment of the deposit or the entire stay by mutual prior agreement. To cancel an already paid reservation, please write to us the e-mail to address penzionmalaika@seznam.cz. The paid deposit with the deducted cancellation fee will be returned to the account from which it came to us. If canceled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, 100 percent of all nights will be charged. We do not charge a cancellation fee for cancellations of 2 days or more before arrival and we refund the full amount of the booking deposit.
